I altered the recipe and instead of using expensive chicken breasts, I had some leftover chicken from a roast as well as a frozen turkey breast in the freezer. Plus, I very seldom use the amount of meat called for in a recipe. I usually use less. <br /><br />We don't eat many sandwiches.
