So, my recipe this week is for a yummy fruit dip. Great for all the outdoor BBQ's coming up. I've also put the fruit on a pretty tray and taken it to baby showers and other parties. It takes nanoseconds to make and costs very little.
Quick and Easy Fruit Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- an assortment of your favorite fruits, melons, berries, grapes, apples...

ReplyDeleteThis morning I made the crockpot ginger chicken on your menu plan for my husband to take to a potluck at work. I used 7 1/2 lbs of boneless-skinless chicken thighs in my 6 qt crockpot. After reading the comments, I decided to use pineapple juice instead of water and to add extra ginger. It was absolutely delicious. I also sent white rice and fresh pineapple.
ReplyDeleteyum. Gayle, I have to tell you- I made the easy macaroni that you posted a little while ago. I was kinda doubtful that it would work when I popped it in the oven, but my family LOVED it! I make pretty good regular macaroni and they liked it even better than that. Thanks!
