More Legumes Anyone?

Here’s an easy and yummy lentil recipe….no pre-soaking required.

And if you’re thinking, “Huh-Unh, No Way Am I Eating Lentils,” read the reviews. Even lentil haters liked this one.

I like to serve it with a salad.

  1. Lentils are my personal fave. I like to stick a one-pound bag in the crock, cover with 8 cups water, add some salt and sometimes some diced onions and ham. LOW for 8 hours. Mmmmmmmm.

  3. We eat lentils all the time but I've never heard of this one.
    When we first moved to the States I looked EVERYWHERE for red lentils which are available everywhere where we come from (we're from NZ). Finally had to go to Whole Foods.
