Looks like you're really sticking to that budget. Way to go!
I'm trucking right along but I'm not sure I could be so successful without the stockpile I have accumulated after years of couponing. I guess we'll see what happens when it's gone as I am not doing any stocking up for the next two years. When we'll be DEBT FREE and then maybe I'll get back to stockpiling.
I see you have a Strata on your menu. We've been loving them here for the past couple of weeks.
I'm intrigued by the baked oatmeal. I think I might work that in next week.

Every time I see your weekly trip, I turn green with envy at the bulk eggs you get. I would love those in my area.

Brrr! I know what you mean about the cold weather! Yesterday, in northwest Iowa it was -7 with a windchill of -32. FREAZING!!!!

You are such an inspiration!!! We have learned from you and now stick to a $50-$60 budget per week for our family of 4. We could probably go lower, but we still have one in diapers. We're trying really hard to get it as low as we can. Thank you so much for all you do!!!

Hi Gayle. I want you to know that you are my new Favorite of Favorites! I used to be like you, and let complacency and extravagant living replace a tried-and-true system. We are regretting many decisons now. But I am newly inspired to get back at it! I, too, am a SAHM of 4 children. I do not homeschool. I want to thank you for your inspiration and tips. Right after Christmas when things are "normal" again, I'm starting our new budget. Right now I have $125 per week budgeted for groceries and household. I am shooting for $75 starting January 1st. I will be checking your site daily for your tips and ideas. Thank you!! You're awesome! Nicole

Where I live the kids are all chanting,"Please, let it be below 80 for Christmas!!" Honestly, I've lived in Florida all my life and I'm jealous of your cold weather. Here, we consider a day cold if it's below 70 and we only get a handful of those a year!
