Grocery Cart Challenge Recipe Swap

Gosh I love Friday. It just seems like it's time to relax and take a break. Here's one of our favorite cocoa recipes. We like hot cocoa A LOT!

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking cocoa

1 cup water

1/4 cup powdered milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Mix it all in a mug and microwave until hot. For us that is one minute. Stir and enjoy.

Rules For Participating...

Please remember to link directly to your recipe post, not your homepage.

Please include a link in the body of your post back to the Grocery Cart Challenge otherwise YOUR LINK MAY BE DELETED. I hate doing that but that's how it works.

I can't wait to see what you've got cooking this week.

This White Chicken Chili recipe is a winning chili cook-off recipe from a good friend of mine. It is now a family favorite. So easy, my 11 year old makes it!

Yay! I hate store bought cocoa packets because they all have hydrogenated oil. We'll definitely try this one.

Yummy - this sounds perfect for these cold winter evenings. A cup right before bed can also help you sleep better. Thanks for hosting the swap!

Strawberry Smash Muffins

I just realized that this recipe, is actually a summer recipe when the crop is good. So with that... this is definitely one to keep in the books for a later date. Really yummy!

I haven't tried it with frozen strawberries. May work or it may make the dough stickier. But, if you try it... love to hear if it works. Enjoy!

I've just discovered your blog and am reading earlier entries. Can you tell me re: the recipe for Fudge Frosted Peanut Butter Bars? I googled it but don't see the amount of chocolate chips listed. 1 cup? 2 cups? Thanks so much!
