Weekly Menu Organizer - Free PDF

I shared my shopping list here. I keep it on a clipboard as I'm doing my grocery shopping. But what I didn't mention is that underneath that paper is another one. My weekly menu plan. Sometimes I forget what I'm buying my groceries for and if I get to a point where my money isn't stretching as far as I'd like it to, I have to cross some things off my list. That's where it comes in handy to have my menu plan at the ready. Just to make sure I don't cross off something that will screw up my whole weekly menu.

Then when I come home from shopping I throw my grocery list away and hang my clipboard with my menu on it on a hanger on my kitchen wall. This avoids the inevitable "What are we having for breakfast (or dinner)?" question that my kids like to ask me, oh, probably a bazillion times a day.

So here's my Weekly Menu Organizer.

One thing I do is fix the same thing for breakfast, week in and week out. That way I never have to think about breakfast, and the kids don't have to ask me every single day, "What's fer breakfast?" It also helps them eat the things they may not like as much b/c they know something they will like is on the horizon.

I have a monthly calendar hanging on the wall with my recipes for the month clipped behind it. My husband usually calls home and asks one of the kids what's for supper that night. then when he comes in always says he smells something that smells like exactly what I am cooking. He thinks I don't know his tricks!

I tried your clip board idea last week and it worked out great. We don't have a lot of wall space in our kitchen so I tape our monthly menu to the cabinet door next to the fridge. Since it is only my husband and I it stops him from asking what's for dinner.

I like this. My menu goes on a white board on my fridge...but then I can't take it with me.

And I tried the ranch...it was GREAT. I did use less paprika after reading reviews. Perfect for our family. Thanks.
