I have a busy week ahead of me where I'll be gone 4-5 evenings, leaving my family in the hands of my trusty crockpot.

Crockpot Baked Potato Bar with salsa, sour cream, chili, cheese
Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken and green salad
Pantry Soup, Buttery Bread Machine Rolls
Leftover Night

I see that your class is in Longview Wash so was jsut curious if that is where you live? I used to live in Astoria OR and we would go to Longview because it was the closest Walmart! LOL I was a bit Walmart obsessed at the time. Anyway I live in GA now but I miss the crazy NW weather. Love the blog!!!!
love your crock pot week. I'm getting ready to put ribs in my brand new crock pot for dinner tonight! (my crock pot died after 15 years of service...may it rest in peace)
We also have a leftover night each week, and call it 'Good Sport Supper'. It saves money to use up the leftovers this way. My husband used to dislike leftovers, but I know how to perk them up, and we usually make a special bread or biscuits just for that night to entice everyone to love the leftovers more!!!
