Another delicious breakfast this week. I thought it came out pretty and I now have a new food addiction; Prosciutto which is thinly sliced Italian ham.
Ooh baby!
My friend Emily would rather eat mud than a tomato so if that's not your veggie of choice you could easily sub mushrooms or peppers or zucchini or some other veggie for this.

that looks de-lish.
I'll make sure to get Emily a tomato plant for her birthday. Maybe two of them. =)
I love prosciutto too. One of my favorite ways to eat it is to wrap it around sliced canteloupe. There is something about the sweet and salty combination.
Take Care,
Debbie
Oh WOW!! What a beautiful dish (and easy to prepare) I will keep this recipe for when all the summer tomatoes are ripe.....there aren't many breakfast dishes that use them...thank you =)
This recipe and picture have my mouth watering! I love tomatoes!
Might just be the ticket for breakfast on Saturday when we're hosting some little girls for a sleepover birthday party!
oooh, this looks deliciious and easy!
