I really wish I could shop like that. Our stores here are nothing like what everyone else has. We have Wal-Mart, Market Place (food giant), Sureway (another food giant) and a Save A Lot store. That's it for groceries!

I love reading what great deals you get and all of the things I've never even seen before!

Off topic to shopping round up, but was curious what your garden(s) look like at the moment? Have they already been harvested or are you able to post pictures for us? I remember the front garden pumpkin patch, and also the other garden with your handy construction?

Great job on your savings. Angie be sure to check out my Safeway trip this past week. While not really enough for all the meals during the week it would have only been $20 for everything without the iTunes card!!!

We have Smart & Final and have been getting all my meat there... great prices.

Well done! It would drive me nuts to shop at so many places! Not to mention a temptation, because each shop will have something 'on sale' that is not on my list and I'd probably do way too much impulse buying. But I guess you have that under control! :-)

What do you do with all those eggs? I am intrigued! :) Love your roundups, I am going to hop on the wagon next week after my shopping.

I was impressed enough by your savings to go to Grocery outlet for the first time. WOW, I can't believe how much I have saved in the last 2 weeks by having a plan and shopping on sale. Probably more than half of my usual monthly bill. It was hard though, to change my thinking from impulse buying at Safeway to having a shopping plan and staying on the list. You do great work!

Where did you get an S&S coupon? I haven't been there for a few weeks, it's not one of my weekly shopping stops.

I think you do an incredible job providing for your family whereas mine looks like the national debt. Would it be too much work to add the sizes of the items that you purchase? I would like to compare prices but would need this information. Also do you have a site where I can learn how to make/reuse the wetjet scrubber solution bottle and the pads for it? Thanks for your hard work. By the way, your Romas look super; makes for excellent home canned spaghetti sauce.

H,
Do you have a price book? I will like to know what are your "buy" prices

thanks

Jenn,

I don't have a price book. I've been shopping long enough that I know in my head what's a good deal when I see it. Plus the stores I shop at are significantly cheaper than chain stores so I know I'm getting a good deal. Plus....sometimes I just need a certain cut of meat and I get it, sale or not. I'm not willing to add anymore stores to my rotation just to chase down a deal on one item.
