Sorry Ruffles, But I May Never Buy You Again!

One night I had a craving. A craving in a BIG way for some potato chips. And I can almost guarantee that in the last year, potato chips have sat in my cupboards maybe twice. So the likelihood that there was a bag in there was slim to none. I hunted on my favorite recipe site and came across this little lifeline to craving heaven.

Behold.....the homemade potato chip. Less grease...way healthier...super cheap...and tastes even better than the half empty, overpriced bag at the grocery store.

I love homemade chips with ranch. Way batter than anything you get in the store.

it is so nice to find a thrifty recipe that is low fat and low cal as well.
