Hello,

I noticed yogurt on your list this week and was wondering if you'd considered and passed up making your own in a dehydrator? I love mine and use it for backpacking dehydrated meal making, yogurt every week (using plastic storage containers of my choosing), dried fruit snacks, jerky - you name it! It only takes a few minutes of prep for yogurt and then runs for a day, et voila! The recipe I use requires both regular and powdered milk so it is nice and cheap. Thought I'd mention it just in case it might be useful to you.

I just found your blog -- great! I love blog parties :) Thanks for hosting, and I'm loving your blog. This comes from someone who's facing the switch from 2 incomes to 1, and I look forward to reading how you do it! :)
