I'm spending the day getting the two older kids (and big eaters) ready to ship off for their Grandma-cation at the beach. That means I have less mouths to feed this week and I need to try really hard to make smaller meals. I'm so adapted to feeding the masses that it's hard for me to scale back. Some day it will be just the two of us again. ( sigh) Here's what is cooking this week.
Breakfasts: Oatmeal, farina, fruit, smoothies or freezer waffles
Olive Garden Fettuccine Alfredo
Crock pot Whole Roasted Chicken
Pasta Salad with rolls
Tuna Salad sandwiches
Garden salads with french bread
