GCC Recipe Swap

We have full days and need quick breakfasts. One of the kids' favorite breakfasts is simple and provides a whole lot of healthy goodness to get them ready for a day full of learning. I hope you like it.

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast (for one)

1/2 a whole wheat English muffin, toasted
Peanut Butter
Honey
1/2 a banana
cinnamon

Preheat oven broiler. Spread toasted muffin with peanut butter. Next, spread honey over the top. Slice bananas and arrange over the top. Set on your broiler tray and broil just until honey sizzles, around 2 minutes. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and serve when cool enough to eat. This is also a healthy snack when you have a sweet tooth.

I'm personally a big fan of english muffin's and when you add honey to them with cinnamon they are delicious.
