We've been having some glorious weather lately which means it's time for the meals that don't warm up my house. When the weather is warmer we tend to eat lots of fresh simple foods and salads for our main meal. Here's what is cooking this week.
Breakfasts:
Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, fresh fruit or muffins
Dinners: (I'll be making different breads as a side to the salads)
Caprese Pasta Salad (I add fresh spinach and sliced chicken breast sometimes)
Creamy Avacado and White Bean Wrap
Tortellini Salad
Caesar-style Steak Salad
Wheat Berry Salad
Leftover Buffet
Dinner with In-Laws
