Today we tried Duckygirls Mall Pretzels recipe for a snack and it was incredible. I have to admit I was so anxious to eat the finished product that I didn't stop to do a price break down until they were all eaten.
And then I didn't want to.
But I'm pretty sure they were cheaper than the $3 each I'd pay at the mall.
I also ran out of Hot Cocoa during a snow storm (Yikes, unthinkable!) and was getting ready to put it on my grocery list but instead checked out Recipezaar and found this. (I used real sugar) I already had all the ingredients on hand so I whipped up a batch and stuck it in the empty cocoa container. Ooh Baby, it was good!
We are squeaking the budget this week so I'm postponing the grocery shopping trip. Let's see how creative I can get, huh?

Oh, My!! We made the mall pretzels, I did a double batch and now we have some in the freezer for later! They were soooo good, I wonder why I didn't lose anything yesterday when Is tepped on the scales, couldn't have been the pretzels?
