A few weeks ago I had an e-mail from someone asking if I used a bread machine and my answer was that I had one but didn’t use it very often. One small loaf of bread or 12 rolls was all I could make with it at one time and my family of 6 could scarf that down in one setting and still want more.
So I’ve usually stuck with making my bread by hand so that I can make 2-4 loaves at a time and freeze the extra.
But I came across this great recipe for rolls that uses my bread machine and makes 24 rolls at once. I gave it a try and they turned out delicious and it was nice to take a break from kneading and babysitting a rising ball of dough. So here it is for all you bread machine owners. It’s a good one.

I also don't like making bread 1 loaf at a time.... my lazy man's solution. I have two bread machines on my counter! Got them boht second hand. I just use the dough cycle. I have a recipe that makes two loaves so when I run both machines I get 4 at a time.
Works for me. Oh is today Wednesday?
I need to make bread today I think I'll try your recipe.
Looks yummy! I'm going to dig out my machine from the catacombs under my kitchen cupboards, dust it off and try it out!
Yummy! I'll have to try these, now that I'm grinding my own wheat like all the cool crunchy people. ;)
You must have killer bicepts and tricepts from all the kneading you do!
P.S. In answer to your survey,
D. It's about practicing good stewardship.
Those do sound delicious! I will have to try it.
Sounds good, and it's even something that Russell can have! I think I'll make these tonight to go with my "so yummy" (in the words of my kids) Crock Pot Honey Lemon Chicken! My husband loves rolls, so this will fill up his love bank!!!
Thanks for the recipe!!!

We don't have a bread machine, but we were just talking about it the other night. I might try to find one at a garage sale this summer. I'll have to keep this recipe in mind:)
I love my bread machine!! I make the dough only and then take it out let it rise and bake it, this way I can double my bread recipe and get 2-3 loaves, make cinnamon roll dough and yeast rolls. The bread machine does the first hour and a half this way. I am totally going to try this recipe! Thanks!
