More Legumes Anyone?

Here’s an easy and yummy lentil recipe….no pre-soaking required.

Lentils are my personal fave. I like to stick a one-pound bag in the crock, cover with 8 cups water, add some salt and sometimes some diced onions and ham. LOW for 8 hours. Mmmmmmmm.

We eat lentils all the time but I've never heard of this one.
When we first moved to the States I looked EVERYWHERE for red lentils which are available everywhere where we come from (we're from NZ). Finally had to go to Whole Foods.
