I know you make your own laundry detergent. Have you ever made your own dishwasher detergent?
Love your blog. I look forward to it every week.

So Gayle, how do you menu plan when you don't go shopping with any specific menu in mind? Do you make up a menu after you get home with all the food?

Just curious, I am trying to learn how to cut back on dollars not on taste! :)

I tried your go without a list and it was sooo much easier. I only forgot one staple...peanut butter! We have survived without it...lol!

Lovin' your blog!

As an newbie to this blog, what do you do for lunches? Leftovers? Sandwiches?

Hi Gayle, my name is Stacey and I've been a lurker to your site for a couple of weeks. WOW! Can I come hang out with you and just absorb. I thought I was frugal and doing great, but now I think I can do better. Keep on with all the great advice. I've even searched out a discount grocery and my husband found a factory bakery store just down the street from his work, Just last week alone we saved a lot! Thank You!

I am wondering what you would do if your dh would not eat things like lentils, or things like that. I find it hard to be frugal becasue my husband is SUCH a picky eater! Do you have any advice? I would love to take some tips and maybe incorporate what I could!

When you use that Bierocks recipe, do you use a different bread machine roll recipe for the dough? Just wondering--I like to use our bread machine too.
