Hi Ladies! I'm dealing with computer issues so I'll just let you all jump right in. This week there isn't a theme. Just post your favorite recipe to share. Can't wait to try them!
Awwwww Maaaaaan. I'm blogless, so I can't linky. I'm just going to put a recipe up right here in this comment :) Lemon Garlic Rice Chicken 2 boneless skinless chick breast 1 can crm of chick soup 1 1/2 cup chick broth 1 1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice Rice Cheddar Cheese
Boil chicken and cut into chunks or shred. Mix with cooked rice (I usually following directions for a serving of 4 you could use little more if you'd like) and all other ingredients except cheese. Bake on 350 deg. for 30 min. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 min. Easy peasy!
Wonderful recipes! :-) I wasn't going to post this week, but my brother just made the BEST Bagel Dogs I have ever eaten, so I blogged about it; and then I decided to link to it. :-)
It makes SO MANY, and they can be frozen for later, which makes it very inexpensive to make. :-)
