These recipes sound good. Maybe you can post later how the tofu recipe goes? I've tried cooking tofu once before and it didn't turn out so good!

not so fond of the potato chowder but thanks for the posts they are cool. And I like that website it is similar to one I visit all the time www.allrecipes.com they rate the food too.
