Your blog rocks. It's great to see you really use your money so well. I admire you.

1) could you posibally post how to make your own v-8 juice or healthy smoothy drinks?

As far as my "big find" I have been gettin crunchy granoloa bars at the local supermarket and finally got a bulkstore (I'm not advertising for them by saying which... hey, they don't pay me) club card and it works out like I'm getting each fifth box for free.

But if your careful with the bulk store stuff some decent deals can be had. Not all of the bought in bulk things are actually cheaper though.

Being cheap is the foolsfitness way!-Alan

Wow, you are seriously putting your families health in jeopardy by not having many fruits/veggies in your grocery list.

Please reconsider your experiment for the sake of saving your health!

Thank you for caring so much about our health. The good news is if you read further back you'll notice that we have a vegetable garden, berry bushes, and apple, plum and cherry trees in our yard. So no need for concern. We're a very healthy bunch.
