Thanks so much for the great ideas....I have been enjoying your blog since January of this year and I have saved at least $3-400 a month off of our bill. We are a family of 6 and I am thrilled to be down to about $90 a week. Wish we had a Win-co but it's been a real eye opener. God Bless. SS

I love the bakery outlet. I can get three loaves of bred for a dollar so I can always have some in the freezer.

Great ideas this week--we'll probably try the pizza rollups too. Not so sure about the Tater Tots--trying to figure out where the very high sodium count in that recipe is coming from (even without the Tater Tots)! I guess just the combination of the bean sauce, and the wieners, and the cheese.
