Menu Monday
We just wrapped up the craziest week of the school year; rehearsals, recitals, final baseball games and banquets. I'm looking forward to about 6 weeks of peace before it all starts picking back up again. We plan on doing some day hikes, keeping up with our math, and lots of swimming and trips to the beach this summer. But in between all that fun I guess I better still feed everyone, huh? So here's what's cooking this week.
Breakfasts:
Choice of: Oatmeal, farina, pancakes, muffins or fruit
Dinners:
Leftover Pulled Pork sandwiches
Green Enchiladas
BBQ Braised Ribs, corn
Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli
Grilled Tuna Sandwiches
Garlic Chicken Breasts with onion Parmesan roasted red potatoes
Leftover Buffet
