The kids did a terrific job last week pulling dinners together for me. I had an unexpected 40 hour work week away from home and they really picked up the slack for me. Life should go back to normal this week but just in case, I'm pulling out the crock pot just to stay on top of the home cooked meals. Here's what is cooking at our house this week.
Breakfasts: (choice of...)
Double Chocolate Banana Muffins, oatmeal, smoothies or fruit.
Dinners:
Melt in Your Mouth Meatloaf (crockpot)
French Dip Crockpot Sandwiches
Black & White Vegetarian Chipotle Chili in the Crock pot
Crock Pot Ravioli
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread
Leftover Buffet

I forget to comment, but you give me so many ideas of what to cook, and I want to thank you. And reading the posts, it makes me excited about cooking. :)
Gayle, I use your ideas for dinner more than any other blogs... I am still baffled by how you feed a growing boy on $60 a week!! Some weeks my 15 year old eats every muffin in the house....
Did you train them to cook certain things or did they just pick it up/ My teens act helpless!
Have a great week.
