Menu Monday

I have a friend getting married this week so most of my dinners are at various events and parties.  But here's what's cooking on the other days.

Breakfasts:

chocolate chip muffins, fruit, or yogurt.

Dinners: 

Thai Noodle Soup (The Low Carb Bible)
Grilled Cheese and fruit salad
Slow Cooker Beef Short Ribs
Interesting Crock Pot Chicken
