I've got some events this week so I didn't have to plan nearly as many meals as I normally do. That's why you won't see 7 breakfasts and 7 dinners.
Breakfasts
Oatmeal with Brown Sugar and Vanilla
Pear Pecan Muffins made with pears from our trees
Poached eggs and toast
Pancakes
Dinners
Brown Rice and Lentil Casserole, garden carrots
Creamed Ground Beef SOS over rice, steamed broccolli
Check back tomorrow to see how the shopping went with my $60 a week budget to feed my family of six. And go visit Organizing Junkie for More Menu Plans.

What?! Lentils?! :)
I made the CrockPot Potato Chowder last Thursday and it was excellent! It made enough for dinner and lunch the next day. I was also able to freeze half of it! The beauty of only having 2 people to feed at the moment!
Hi, just checking the recipes on your menu and had a quesiton on the Brown Rice and Lentil Casserole. Are the rice and lentils cooked before assembling the casserole?
KWS,
The lentils and rice all get put together uncooked. It will cook in the oven.
