Menu Plan Monday

I'm thinking of participating in our local farmers market by selling some home baked goodies and vegetable starts. So this week I'll be trying out some new bread recipes and getting my extra seeds planted. You'll see in my menu a recipe for Angel Bread and I'm also going to try some Honey Oatmeal Bread. Mmmm. Fresh bread slathered with butter is the only rival to my chocolate craving.

Breakfasts

Leftover muffins from the freezer
Fruit (quick breakfast, busy day)
Pancakes
Toast and fruit (another quick morning)

Dinners

Tostado's with Lentil Filling
Baked Ziti, green beans
Vegetarian Soup and Angel Bread
Skillet Taco Macaroni and sauteed corn
Leftover Night

I will be jealous of two things: if your Farmer's Market is not just every Saturday (our local one is), and if you don't have to go through red tape the size of Mt. Everest to be able to be a vendor. I really wanted to try selling at our F.M., but it was going to be waaay much more than I wanted to wade through and deal with. Good Luck!! I'm eager to check out the bread recipes :)

I agree about the fresh bread!

I hope your selling plans go well. I've thought about doing that every now and again, but decided against it every time because I have other things I can do for more money(playing the piano and taking pictures).

I am sometimes a week or two behind (just so I can be organized when I go to the store) I am really enjoying your recipes and menus. Your breakfast recipes have been wonderful and my kids thank you because it has broken the mold of just cereal everyday & I thank you that you have some make ahead breakfast ideas for us non morning mommas!

Farmers markets are fantastic. The bakery I work for part time sells rolls, cinnamin twists and goodies at the local market but not bread (odd for a bakery I know..)so I talked them into letting me sell my bread with them last year. Here were my best sellers.. (Never once brought a loaf home)
