We have a birthday in the house this week so we'll get to eat out for breakfast one morning. I also have a home school mom's event this week and I'll be bringing this yummy Broccoli Salad.

Monday's quiche looks great but how many do you have to make for your family? I have 4 children as well, but younger, and they can eat some eggs! I think I would need at least 2. Is it filling? Thanks!
