Grocery Cart Challenge Recipe Swap

We have lot's of family movie nights at our house and what's a movie night without popcorn! Here's our favorite recipe. We hope you like it as much as we do.

Garlic Butter and Parmesan Popcorn

2 quarts of popped popcorn (use the homemade microwave recipe HERE)
3 -4
cloves
garlic, minced
3 -4
tablespoons butter
or 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2
cup
finely grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste

Place the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
Saute the garlic in the butter or oil for about 3 minutes, until golden. Pour over the popcorn and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cheese, add salt to taste, and toss again.

Yum! We love popcorn. It's our "after church lunch" every Sunday.

Blessings,

We eat a lot of popcorn in our house - inexpensive and still a nice treat. We just tried a bbq popcorn recipe -- and this garlic parm popcorn looks fantastic, we may try tonight! Thanks for hosting.

Popcorn has been part of our family for years. We loved it! Best company ever when we have movie marathons.
